KENNESAW, Ga. - One hundred fifty years ago, one of the most famous events in Civil War history was taking place right in our own backyard.

At 6 in the morning on April 12, 1862 -- The General -- a Confederate train -- was stolen by Union soldiers. It happened in Kennesaw which is where The General is now on display.
