Provenance: Elizabeth C. Schwartz and G. Edgar Conley, Jr. donated this collection to the Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History on February 6, 2009. This collection belonged to retired postal worker, Garland E. Conley, father of G. Edgar Conley and Elizabeth Schwartz. He worked for the Charlotte and Atlanta Rail Post Office.

Description: This series consists of maps and booklets of instructions, mail routes, and postal laws and regulations.
