Provenance:

Mrs. G.J. Black donated her late husband’s collection of L&N related materials to the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History Archives and Library on 8 March 2006.

This collection consists of original documents including New Rules of the Operating Department of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company (L&N), effective July 1, 1966; Railway Time Book distributed in Atlanta and Surrounding Communities by local businesses/advertisers; L&N Magazines, Family Lines System Magazines, and Interchange Railway Clerk Magazines .

Single photocopies may be made for research purposes for a small fee.  Permission to publish materials from this collection must be obtained from the Director of Library/Archives and the Southern Railway Historical Association, Inc.
