A Night at the Southern
The Kennesaw Museum Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides philanthropic and programmatic support to the Southern Museum, is pleased to announce A Night at the Southern on Friday, March 3, presented by Atlanta Bonded Warehouse. The event will be held at the Southern Museum at 6:30 p.m. Following drinks and light hors d'oeuvres, entertainment will be provided by seasoned musician, Bobby Horton. Horton, a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and music historian, will be playing railroad and Civil War themed songs. Widely recognized as one of the country’s leading authorities of music from the Civil War period, Horton is sure to be the hit of the evening.
All monies raised during the event support the Museum’s educational programs, artifact acquisition, special events, and exhibits. A selection of silent auction items will be available for bidding.
