Heroes and Legends To Be Honored at Festive Museum Ball

KENNESAW, GA – The Kennesaw Museum Foundation will pay tribute to local heroes and legends at its annual benefit on Saturday, October 23.

The Heroes and Legends Ball will begin at 6:30 pm at the Cobb Galleria Centre and will provide endless amounts of entertainment between dancing, a live auction, and casino games such as craps and blackjack.

“I’m really enthusiastic about this year’s Heroes and Legends Ball,” said Paul Chastain, President of the Kennesaw Museum Foundation. “The gaming is a fantastic addition, and we’ve acquired some unbelievable luxury items to be auctioned off.”

The live auction will feature golf foursomes, weekend getaways, vacations and an assortment of services designed to pamper.

All proceeds will benefit the Kennesaw Museum Foundation, which provides funding to the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History for community educational programs and the acquisition of artifacts. Tickets are $115 per person or $1150 for a table of 10 for this black-tie-optional event.

Mr. & Mrs. Fred Bentley, Sr., Dr. & Mrs. Frank Boone, Mayor & Mrs. Leonard Church, Mr. & Mrs. James Boland Glover IV, Mr. & Mrs. Jamey Hulsey, and Mr. & Mrs. John Wiles have graciously volunteered to host the festivities.
