Southern Museum Haunted?

09/15/06

KENNESAW, GA – The Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History in Kennesaw is asking the public for help in making sure some ghosts and monsters, who are making an annual visit to the Museum, don’t get into too much mischief.

“We’re not sure why the ghosts and monsters stop by each year,” explained Director of Education Jennifer Legates. “But they are the noisiest visitors we ever get.  All that moaning and groaning and clanking of chains!”

Brave citizens and aspiring mediums are invited to keep an eye on the ghoulish ghosts and fiendish monsters between 4 and 9 PM October 13 and 14 for only $5, ages six and up. Children under six may find the supernatural visitors a little too scary.

For those who are faint of heart, the Southern Museum has some milder forms of entertainment on tap during October and early November, as well.
